Nightbitch - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

Mutant, in partnership with Searchlight Pictures and Hollywood Records, is proud to present the premiere physical release of Nate Heller's soundtrack to the film Nightbitch from Marielle Heller, featuring exclusive artwork by Mira Mariah (GirlKnewYork).

Nate Heller (A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, Diary of a Teenage Girl, Can You Ever Forgive Me?) has crafted a beautiful, bouncy and haunted score for the complicated life of a stay at home mother. Choruses and strings swell in periods of bliss, and droning synths drown the air in periods of darkness - this dichotomy is present in the story of a woman who's evolving while feeling stuck at the same time.

Nightbitch stars Academy Award nominee Amy Adams as a woman who pauses her career to be a stay-at-home mom, but soon her new domesticity takes a surreal turn. The film is produced by Anne Carey, p.g.a., Marielle Heller, p.g.a., Sue Naegle, p.g.a., Christina Oh, Amy Adams, and Stacy O’Neil. It also stars Scoot McNairy, Arleigh Snowden, Emmett Snowden, Zoë Chao, Mary Holland, Archana Rajan, and Jessica Harper.
